Fischer Natural Gas Fire Powder
Coating Batch Convection Oven with maximum operating temperature
of 500°F. |

The infrared oven starts automatically
when parts enter the powder spray booth. A three-level electric-eye
zone is triggered, giving the oven a 5-minute warm-up while parts
are powder coated. |

Guspro Go Series Heat Cleaning Ovens
offer an effective and reliable process to remove wet and powder
coatings from your fixtures and reject parts. Coatings are reduced
to dry dust. Toxic fumes are converted to clean, environmentally-safe
odorless gas. |

Our product line has continued
to grow and serves many industries. Those products which are
viable in the heat application area include, but are not limited
to the following:
Batch Ovens, Walk-In Ovens,
Truck Ovens, Hot Car Ovens:
Beginning with standard SWN and SWT series ovens with standard
cars, swing or vertical doors on front and/or rear, to modified
standards with different heating, circulation and uniformity
modifications, and large custom designed units in 500, 850, 1000
and 1250 degree F. temperature ranges.
Conveyor Ovens: Semi-standard line of flat wire belt,
mesh belt, roller, pusher, and many other types, in 500, 850,
1000, 1250 and 1400 degree F. temperature ranges. Units are available
with various air flow configurations and heating capacity to
suit specific requirements. These units can be tailored to the
needs of many industries from electronics to aluminum forging.
Finishing Ovens: Trolley conveyor ovens as well as spindle
conveyor ovens are furnished as standard lines to the finishing
industry. These include all types of single or multipass units
for the variety of applications involved. We are unique in that
we are almost always able to ship these in modules rather than
field assembled as would many competitors.
Infrared Equipment: Infrared equipment is provided through
our Wisconsin Infrared Systems Division and includes all types
of electric and gas infrared ovens, used for preheating, curing,
drying and processes where fast heatup is required in a short
time period. Conveyor and batch type systems are available. We
have a complete infrared test facility to verify results on customer
parts.
